Job Summary |
The Statistician Specialist is responsible for conducting statistical analyses related to
institutional research, key performance indicators (KPIs), and accreditation reporting in
compliance with MOHESR regulations. This role involves data collection, validation,
interpretation, and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement
at UODH.

Key Responsibilities |

KPI & Institutional Research Analysis
- Analyze institutional data to measure performance against defined KPIs.
- Ensure statistical accuracy in KPI calculations and reporting.
- Support the development and refinement of KPI cards in alignment with MOHESR
regulations.
- Provide trend analysis and predictive modeling to inform strategic planning.
- Data Collection, Management & Validation
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various institutional sources.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different reporting frameworks.
- Develop and maintain databases for institutional research and KPI tracking.
- Statistical Analysis & Reporting
- Perform quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis to support institutional
research.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply statistical methodologies to assess student performance, faculty productivity, and
institutional effectiveness.

Compliance & MOHESR Reporting
- Ensure compliance with MOHESR requirements for data reporting and institutional
research.
- Prepare statistical reports for accreditation, benchmarking, and government submissions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to data analysis
processes.

Qualifications & Experience |
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of( 3 years of experience for UAE national and 5 years for
none-UAE nationals ) in statistical analysis, institutional research, or a related area within
higher education.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS, or Python), data
visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and database management.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with MOHESR regulations, accreditation standards, and higher
education KPI frameworks.
- Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability,
and excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

- Experience in institutional effectiveness or accreditation reporting.
- Knowledge of higher education benchmarking methodologies.
Experience with survey design and analysis
